System Design & Engineering
Load calculation, pipe sizing, source equipment selection, and zone layout design in accordance with applicable standards.
Material Supply & Quality Assurance
Supply of medical-grade copper pipework, fittings, outlets, zone valve boxes, and alarm panels from approved manufacturers.
Installation Supervision
On-site supervision of all installation works to ensure correct jointing, support, and routing in compliance with design drawings.
Pressure Testing & Purging
Hydraulic and pneumatic pressure testing of all pipelines, followed by purging and gas purity verification.
Commissioning & Certification
Full system commissioning including alarm testing, flow verification, and issue of commissioning certificates and as-built drawings.
